Supported label sizes

Dymo 30252 (3.5" × 1.125" / 89 × 28 mm): Select paper size 30252 Address in your DYMO LabelWriter driver.
Dymo 30332 (1.0" × 1.0" / 25 × 25 mm): Select paper size 30332 Square. Use short barcodes; choose a wider label if Peksta reports that the barcode is too dense.
Zebra / Rollo Thermal (2.0" × 1.0" / 51 × 25 mm): Set custom paper size to 2.00 in × 1.00 in, 0 margins.
Avery 5160 (30 labels) & Avery 5167 (80 labels): Load 8.5" × 11" US Letter sheets. Set First unused label to reuse a partly used sheet, counting left to right, then down.

Common questions

My labels are too small, cut off or misaligned.

Turn off Fit to Page and Fit to Printable Area. Use 100% / Actual Size and the exact paper size above. For a small remaining shift, open Adjust print alignment in Peksta. Positive values move right or down. Test one label again.

Why are some items missing labels?

Peksta prepares new labels for accepted units with supported barcodes, subtracting labels already prepared for that shipment. Missing or unsupported barcodes are flagged. Correct them on the product in Shopify, then select Refresh.

How do I print the same labels again?

Open PDF history to download the exact saved file. To change the label size or quantity, select the shipment and choose Reprint…. These actions do not use your monthly new-label allowance.

Does downloading a PDF mean the labels were physically printed?

No. Downloading marks labels as prepared. Print the PDF using your printer; use PDF history or Reprint if you need another copy.

Plans and pricing

Free: 500 new labels per calendar month. Pro Unlimited: $9.99 USD per month with a 14-day free trial. Both plans include all five label sizes, one-label tests, and PDF history. One-label tests, reprints and saved PDF downloads do not use the new-label allowance.

Billing is managed in Shopify. Open View plans or Manage plan in Peksta to see your subscription options. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Shopify Admin.
